
Do you miss yoga and miss your friends and family, but can’t make it to the studio or gym? Together, let’s get back into morning yoga practice with our friends! We’ve designed this program to be an inclusive, accessible, friendly, and welcoming place for all to experience the joy of moving and breathing together (albeit virtually). We’ll be practicing a 40-45 min Vinyasa/flow style class on Zoom.
Saturdays at 9:30 AM Mountain Time
All classes are MST (mountain standard time). Class times may vary so be sure to check the calendar (available here on this site, or on Facebook).
Payment: Donation based ($3.00 per class suggested). Paypal or Venmo- each teacher will share their details in the Zoom chat during class. You can go up or down. If you are in a tough position right now – you are welcome to message us and we will figure something out! We just want to breathe and move together as friends!
Never done yoga? It’s ok! Everyone can do it! It’s your practice, your body, so if you want to lay in savasana (corpse pose) all class and just breathe – that’s not only allowed, but welcome!
